The job title is a bit of a mouthful, but as a Chartered Clinical Psychologist, I work with a range of people who may experience a variety of mental health difficulties. Therapy can be for everyone, at any life stage, and for any reason.

Working together, we can help you overcome trauma, mood management difficulties, and various forms of anxiety and worry.

There are lots of forms of anxiety and worry. They can look like panic attacks, social anxiety, work stress, generalised or health anxieties, and also phobias. 

I often work with people struggling with trauma, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), bipolar disorder, grief, depression, low self-esteem, who difficulty adjusting to life events and changes.

Other areas I specialise in include; neurodiversity, including ADHD and Autism, work stress, trauma resulting from bullying, and the psychological effects of physical and chronic health conditions.

The latter can include chronic illness (e.g. fibromyalgia and myalgic encephalomyelitis – also known as chronic fatigue syndrome).

As a qualified and registered Clinical Psychologist, I have the skill and knowledge to tailor an approach that uses a blend of psychological therapies to suit your needs.

Qualified and experienced, with two decades of experience working in mental health, I use the following therapies and integrative psychological therapy to help you care for your mind.

Therapy approaches include:

  • EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing),
  • ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy),
