Psychology and Clinical Supervision:
Because you don’t have to navigate your private practice journey alone.
Clinical supervision is a collaborative and reflective process that allows you, as a psychologist, to delve deeper into your practice. It’s an opportunity for you to discuss cases, explore challenges, and gain insights from an experienced clinical psychologist. In these discussions, I will guide and offer a fresh perspective, and encourage you in your goals.
Trauma work can be gratifying but also emotionally demanding and complex. Supervision sessions provide a safe, confidential, and containing space where you can openly discuss your experiences, challenges, and uncertainties.
It can include case discussions, reflective explorations, skill enhancement or discuss business challenges. I believe this supportive environment is crucial for personal well-being and professional development.
Clinical supervision can also be a place to think about your private practice including how to start and grow your business. This can include how to maintain your welfare when working in sole practice and space to consider how to keep a healthy balance between work and the rest of life.
