Self- Referrals for EMDR, ACT and Clinical Psychology in the UK:
Self- referrals for therapy can be private individuals, couples and/or families, and can include EMDR, ACT, Mindfulness and integrative psychological therapy.
Self-funding fees range from £120 per session, with insurer-funded session fees varying.
Do note, sessions take place online, via secure video-link or by telephone.
Initial assessments and some therapy sessions may take place at the Tower Clinic in North Leeds, West Yorkshire.
