Self- Referrals for CBT, EMDR, ACT and Clinical Psychology in the Leeds area:

Self- referrals for therapy can be private individuals, couples and/or families, and can include CBT, EMDR, ACT, Mindfulness and integrative psychological therapy.

Self-funding fees range from £120 per session, with insurer-funded session fees varying.

Currently, sessions are taking place online, via secure video-link or by telephone.

Initial assessments and some therapy sessions may take place at the Tower Clinic in North Leeds, West Yorkshire. Although, you can choose to have by video-link.
